WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Your order is packed and shipped within 1-2 business days from your purchase. Most items are available immediately while others are made to order as personalized orders or sizes.

 

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS SOLD OUT?

If an item is showing sold out this means that all pieces has been reserved by other members. However, if a member decides to reserve missing item, you are welcome to contact us for delivery options. We recommend continuing to check back if you see an item you want is out of stock.

EXPRESS SHIPPING DHL / ITALY : FREE 1-2 business days delivery if order is placed the day before by 11am. Except Islands 2-3  business days delivery.

International shipping depends completely on the customs of the country we are shipping to. Calculate shipping automatically in checkout.

EXPRESS SHIPPING DHL / EUROPE: 16€ 1-3 business days delivery if order is placed the day before by 11am.

EXPRESS DHL / USA, CANADA: 20€ 3-4 business days delivery.

EXPRESS SHIPPING DHL / REST OF THE WORLD: from 4 business days delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may be due when receiving an international order. We currently ship from Milan, Italy.

A tracking number will be provided for all orders via e-mail once the package is sent.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from dallarose.it. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping cost for example ( in Italy 10€ ). Please note: personalized items cannot be returned. For returns & exchanges contact as by mail info@dallarose.it

Free return & exchange available just at our boutique in Via dell’orso 12, Milano.

We do not provide prepaid shipping label. Please make sure that the address to which it will be shipped is clearly legible Via dell’orso 12, Milano 20121.

We recommend that you ship by courier or insured post, so that you can be refunded in case of theft or loss.

Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return in order to monitor delivery status.

Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be unused to ensure the credit.
